The Region 1 school district’s attorney says its governance policies need some clarification.
“You don’t have a regional plan,” Gary Brochu said. “It’s as if you were created by Genesis. A rib was taken from each town.”
Brochu, of the firm Shipman & Goodwin, addressed nearly 20 of the 45 school board members from the region’s six towns Wednesday. The meeting was hosted by the All Boards Chairmen Committee.
