Lucille Paige, executive secretary to Region 1 Superintendent of Schools Patricia Chamberlain, has filed a lawsuit against her superior in Litchfield Superior Court claiming that Ms. Chamberlain retaliated against her for testifying about the alleged atmosphere of intimidation at Housatonic Valley Regional High School.
