Predicted a new “spin” position would be created by this Board. (See May Board meeting comments in response to U.S. News report). Did not however think they had the audacity to give this lucrative tax payer funded position (and it will become lucrative) to a Board member’s spouse. While The Cornwall representative, by all appearances, seems to be harmlessly misguided cog in the Central Office Progressive machine, this move reeks of impropriety.
